CEO of Cheerful Music and acclaimed Chinese singer in her own right, she has won numerous awards, subsequently founding the label in 2018. Whilst based primarily in China, Snow Jiang has traveled to over 30 countries and as a result appreciates the difference in cultures between countries and aims to transfer this understanding into Cheerful Music's diverse roster of artists.

Graduated from Newcastle University and gained a master's degree in Business Management, Linling Wu started in Cheerful Music's marketing team in China.

Mingkun holds a BA from the University of the Arts London and an MA in Fashion from Goldsmiths, University of London. With a strong interest in art, culture, and the global music industry, she brings a creative perspective to music marketing and audience engagement.
Her cross-cultural background enables her to navigate both Eastern and Western digital media landscapes, supporting social media strategy, influencer collaborations, and international campaigns. She also helps artists promote their music across cultures, shaping narratives that resonate with diverse global audiences.

Vivian Chen
Vivian holds an MSc in Gender, Media and Culture from the London School of Economics, with a focus on music fandom. Her background in media, gender, and fan culture gives her a strong understanding of how audiences connect with music — across platforms, communities, and cultural boundaries. This perspective, combined with her cross-cultural sensibility, allows her to approach music marketing with a keen awareness of what resonates with diverse listeners and how cultural narratives travel across borders.

Harley is an A&R Specialist with a proven background in the music industry. A 23-year-old London-based producer, artist, and mix engineer, he is known for crafting futuristic, atmospheric sounds that fuse global influences with high-energy bounce. With a degree in Music Technology, Harley blends technical precision with instinctive creativity to consistently deliver innovative, high-quality work.
